Hello Parents,

The beginning of the school year has gone very smoothly.  Thanks for everything you do to help your child succeed and do his or her best at school! Here are a few reminders about second grade…. 1) Please refer to your child’s NEST schedule weekly.  Students need to wear proper shoes for P.E.  2) Ice  cream orders / money are taken on Thursday, and the students receive their ice creams on Friday.   3) Teachers must receive a note or a phone call in order to make transportation changes. Please call as early as possible to leave messages concerning transportation changes. 4) Encourage your child to read every night. 5) Return folders on Mondays along with signed papers / behavior sheets. 6) Contact your child’s teacher with any questions or concerns you may have.  You may send an email, leave a message, or request a conference.
